Please bring your own mat. Wear clothing you are comfortable moving in. We also have an outdoor patio, and when the weather is cooperating, we use it as often as possible. We do have sunblock and natural bug spray available for you. Please be prepared for the elements.
Please do not wear perfume, cologne, fragranced lotions, body sprays, etc.
We recommend practicing on a empty stomach or just a light snack before class.
For hot yoga (Fire Flow) please bring a towel and water.

BASICS/ LEVEL 1
Flowing beginners level class, working on seated and standing foundation and basic poses while relaxing the body and mind utilizing the breath. Beginners encouraged to start here.
Basic and intermediate postures are practiced in a flowing sequence with the breathe, focusing on alignment, improving flexibility, strength, and promoting relaxation of the mind and body. Depending on the class participants and needs, the level and instruction of the postures are appropriately modified. Great for beginners or the seasoned yogi.
RISE & SHINE
Start your day with centering, intention setting, and moving and breathing in your body. Relax and focus mind and body with a combination of sun salutations and mixed level postures with breath work. ALL levels. Beginners welcome.
Vinyasa is a sequence of postures that utilizes the breath with each transition from one posture to another flowing seamlessly together. This class is more movement based and the posture are not held as long as traditional Hatha classes. This class is all levels.
FIRE FLOW (HOT)
Class starts with centering and breath work. Beginning with fire building movements, warming up the body, acclimating to the warmth, and moving into a flow of strong intermediate and advanced postures. The space is heated to 100 degrees to help deepen and challenge our practice, also assisting the detoxification of body and mind.
